Returns and Exchange Requests

•Returns Policy: You may return your purchase within 5 days of delivery.
•Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
•Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, email us at kailash_datir@yahoo.co.in with your order number.
•Refunds for Cancellations: If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked. The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the request.
Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the next day.

Return Policy
Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is open, tampered with, or damaged, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person. Email us at kailash_datir@yahoo.co.in with your Order ID to request a replacement.
•Return Requests: Return requests will not be accepted via social media or phone calls.
•Timeframe for Returns: If you are unable to return the product within the 5-day timeframe after raising a return request, a refund will not be made, and you will need to keep the product.
•Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the product is delivered back to us. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
•Ineligible Returns: Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or requested for return after 5 days of delivery are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
Requesting an Exchange: Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
•Processing Exchanges: Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement within 5-7 working days. If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the product at your own cost.
•Ineligible Exchanges: Products that are customized, used, or exchanged previously cannot be exchanged again.
